Current position

The redsvillas public application reviewed on 25 September 2026 does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, social-media, personalisation, or authentication cookies for ordinary reading. There is no cookie-consent banner because the reviewed application does not deploy optional tracking cookies that require an on-page choice.

The site also does not intentionally save a visual-theme preference in local storage because the public theme is fixed. The newsletter-request preview does not write the entered email address to a cookie, local storage, or the project database.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small value a website can ask a browser to store and return on later requests. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, device identifiers, and software-development-kit storage. Their privacy impact depends on what they contain, why they are used, how long they remain, and who can read them.

Infrastructure and technical records

A cookie-free page view can still involve ordinary internet processing. Browsers send request information, servers may create access or security logs, and caching systems may retain copies of public files for performance. These are not described as marketing cookies merely because they are technical records.

The Privacy Policy explains the limited request information that hosting and security systems may process to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website.

No embedded tracking services

No external analytics tag, advertising pixel, social-media widget, payment tool, or third-party newsletter script was identified in the production HTML reviewed for this policy. Public images, navigation, and policy routes are served from redsvillas.com.

Future changes

If redsvillas introduces a technology that stores information in the browser or tracks use beyond what is necessary to provide a requested service, this policy and the Privacy Policy must be updated. Where a choice is legally or operationally required, the control should be available before the optional technology runs.

The site should not add a consent banner merely for appearance. A banner must correspond to the real technologies, purposes, providers, duration, and choices in use.
