Our approach
redsvillas aims to make public editorial content usable by readers with different visual, motor, hearing, cognitive, and device needs. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing publishing and engineering responsibility rather than a one-time badge or unverified certification.
This statement does not claim formal conformance to a specific accessibility level unless a complete audit has established it. It records current design practices and the route for reporting barriers.
Current website practices
The site uses semantic headings, labelled navigation, keyboard-reachable links and controls, visible focus behavior, responsive layouts, high-contrast text, descriptive article-image alternatives, and a reduced-motion mode that respects the reader’s system preference.
- Public pages remain readable from narrow mobile screens through desktop layouts.
- Navigation and policy links use descriptive text rather than unexplained icons alone.
- Decorative brand images are hidden from assistive technology; editorial images receive contextual alternative text.
- Content structure uses a single clear page heading followed by ordered section headings.
- Animations and transitions are minimized for readers who request reduced motion.
Known limits
Automated tools cannot prove full accessibility, and older editorial images or long articles may need further manual review. Browser zoom, custom styles, translation, screen readers, and unusual input devices can expose issues not visible in a standard desktop test.
The current newsletter-request preview is not a working subscription service. Its status message is announced through a live region, but no address is transmitted or stored by the reviewed application.
Report a barrier
A useful accessibility report includes the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the browser and assistive technology if relevant, what happened, and what you expected. Send only information needed to reproduce the problem.
The designated support address is info@redsvillas.com. Mail delivery was not verified as active during this release, so no response time is promised. If delivery fails, retain the notice and revisit the Contact page for an updated channel.
Continuous review
Accessibility should be reviewed when the navigation, footer, article template, forms, media, colour system, or interactive features change. Material barriers that are confirmed should be prioritised according to severity, reach, and whether they block access to core editorial content.
