Current status
redsvillas is reviewing the applicability and operational requirements of Part III of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 to its publication model. This page does not claim that redsvillas is covered, exempt, registered, government-approved, or protected by intermediary safe harbour.
A formal statutory grievance mechanism is not represented as active on this page because redsvillas has not published a verified India-based Grievance Officer, monitored intake channel, Level II self-regulatory-body membership, monthly disclosure process, or related records workflow.
No person is named as Grievance Officer, and no statutory response deadline is promised, until the role and process are actually implemented and verified.
Intended scope
If implemented and applicable, this route will be limited to grievances concerning content published by redsvillas in relation to the relevant Code of Ethics. General support, factual corrections, personal-data requests, copyright concerns, advertising questions, employment matters, and security reports require their appropriate routes.
A formal grievance should identify the content, the specific concern, the relevant part of the Code of Ethics or other basis relied upon, supporting material, and the remedy requested. Collection must be limited to information needed to review and respond.
What an operational mechanism would require
For a covered publisher, the notified framework includes an India-based Grievance Officer, prominent contact information, a 24-hour acknowledgement, a publisher decision communicated within 15 days, Level II self-regulatory arrangements, and Level III oversight pathways. It also includes record, reporting, and public-disclosure duties.
Those duties are described here to explain why a generic email address is not being mislabelled as a complete statutory mechanism. The prescribed timelines will appear as operational promises only after the supporting people, systems, records, and escalation membership exist.
Interim contact
A reader may attempt to route a serious content concern through info@redsvillas.com with the subject Content concern and the exact article URL. Mail delivery was not verified as active during this release, so this interim address is not described as a formal Grievance Officer channel and no acknowledgement, decision, or outcome is promised.
Do not send passwords, payment credentials, unnecessary identity records, or illegal material. A complaint does not automatically require removal, correction, apology, government review, or blocking; the relevant facts and law must be assessed.
Next publication requirements
Before this page is converted from a preparation notice into an operating mechanism, redsvillas must verify its classification, appoint and publish the responsible officer, activate and test the intake channel, create acknowledgement and decision records, set privacy and retention rules, confirm Level II membership where required, and establish accurate monthly disclosures.
The page will be revised with an effective date and verified details when that work is complete. No body or official is named merely because it appears on a public directory.
